Cupcake and Muffin Analogy

As parents, we sometimes go very far trying to help and guard our youngsters from life's harsh realities and failures.

We don't need kids to struggle like we would.

But Harvard psychiatrist Dr. Dan Kindlon says that overprotected young people usually tend to struggle in important relationships with with tensions.

We're transmitting our own kids the message that they're not able to assisting themselves.

Okay, so now you can put your mind at ease... I think I could convince myself of this analogy for a New York second until the evidence is gone.

I can really relate to this, so therefore find it extremely funny!  I started to think that I actually would make a good F.B.I. agent at one time during a relationship...

It's all in the level of hugs, in the literal sense. And so I bought a good laugh from Bria constructed as a perspective this week. Lilia over the summer weather was saying any time she gave me a hug "Mom, you look to be getting skinnier." I conclude "well I may be a set pounds lighter but I really am only a handful of that much less in pounds, so I don't find out why you think that sweetie." I was a little perplexed with her perception....either she was figuring out how flattery tends to make people feel good inside or MY SCALE IS BROKEN! I had been not feeling any skinnier and therefore I was contemplating perhaps she was trying to butter me up for something unique since I thoroughly had not missing any important weight. Something quite significant is over the summer season she has grown quite a bit in height. She commented on my weight again this week... "Mom, you positive are receiving thin!" Ding, ding, ding.....I reasoned it out! Granted, my waistline is smaller than my hips (thank God!) but has not become any smaller over the past three-and-a-half years......and she is going to get taller....so she is not wrapping her arms around my hips anymore, her arms possess moved as much as the amount of my waist!

Just what exactly attracks me to the cards that are great at pulling the wool over my eyes? Are beautiful males capable of being deceitful? Specially those that are so shallow....

I don't make mistakes...

I used to say the real truth many times in my life, but I was so afraid to try this, as I have expected never to lie to you for anything.. Today I'm dying, I terrified of not anything so I tell you the fact of the matter: I don't love the salty espresso, what a strange bad taste..But There is had the salty coffee for my whole life! Simply because I realized you, I never ever be repentant for something I truly do for you. Having you with me is my biggest joy and happiness for my whole life. When I am able to live for the 2nd time, still would like to know you and have you for my entire life, even though I have to drink the salty gourmet coffee again". Her tears produced the letter totally moisten.
